Transitions via effects, trough clips or columns

Got a bit of a problem when I'm in Arena. Anybody knows why it behaves this way?

It seems that the rectangle is affected by the composition size in Arena. When I changed the Wire composition to the Arena composition size the problem was quite easy to see. Problem solved, but would want to find a better and more global solution on this matter : )

Rectangle and other shapes scale with the patch size. Their sizes are given in normalized value.
With a rectangle, when the aspect ratio is greater than 1, you get full height with 1, when it's smaller than 1, you get the full width with 1.
