UI Panel Positions causing MIDI map fails?

Does moving the Clip Grid BREAK midi maps, even though they were set "target: THIS LAYER?"

I had some buttons programmed to engage specific layers, including output midi lighting details, and it has been working for a long time. Now the buttons don't work, even though the "Deck" buttons, mapped to the same controller still work fine. All I can think of is that I moved a couple of control panels ABOVE the clip grid section temporarily.
Also, when I go into mapping mode, there is NOTHING mapped to those layer and group elements, as if they were manually deleted.

Which Resolume version are you using?

Is it the exact same composition as you mapped the shortcuts with?
