Which Resolume version are you trying to use?

Apple is unfortunately dropping openGL support gradually with each new OSX version, so we're seeing issues reported starting from Big Sur with Resolume 6.
The latest OSX version I can recommend for Resolume 6 is Catalina.

We offer discounted upgrades from v6 to v7.
If you bought your license from us, you can find your upgrade options after logging in to your account and clicking the Upgrade button below your serial number.

Hey!
What's the latest version supported on Ventura?
I tried 7.0.4 and 7.0.5 but it crashes on launch.

How can we solve this problem as an educational unit?

The latest currently is 7.13.2, the earliest should be 7.11 for ARM. before that Resolume can run in Rosetta.
