Artnet connection

Hello! I am trying to connect showxpress (lighting software) with Resolume in order to trigger dimmer and the clip selection from showxpress but it doesn't seem to work, I have done it many many times before with avolite and many other consoles with success, I know that showxpress has a few things to do in order to connect any fixture via artnet but I already have done all this things. (Showxpress already controls all the lights via artnet with chauvet net-x II) any help will be great!

Have you set up the dmx shortcuts in Resolume yet? https://resolume.com/support/en/dmx-shortcuts

Yes I have already done this manually, but with every other lighting desk or software Resolume could recognize the DMX channel automatically when I set a value from the lighting desk. Also I can even see DMX values moving from output monitor I DMX preferences inside Resolume
