Videos from Iphone 11 not recognized by Alley and Arena

Hello all

as said in the title, I want to play vids from an Iphone 11.

VLC say
Codec : MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (H.265) (hvc1)

I tried to buy the HEVC codec from windows but still no result.

Any idea ?

Could you share the file with us somehow, so we can check it out?

Adobe doesn't even work with HEVC. Transcode it to MOV or MP4 first (cloud convert seems to work for me), then convert it to DXV3 and you should be good to go. On a side note, I'm really tired of companies pushing new containers like HEVC and Webp and larger companies like Adobe not keeping up (or IDK, just having companies stick to industry standards like PNG and MOV ... Just a thought)
