Hi all,
Can anyone explain the following to me as I can't get my head around it.
I have a 1280x800 video (i've tried both .mp4 and .DXV3 and a flat image) that I have placed within a 1280x800 composition, the output is 1280x800 and outputs to a 1280x800 (WXGA) projector. When observed on the wall I find that the final image is slightly blurred and the colours seem slightly burned out. This is on a windows machine running a RTX3080 and i7 processor.
If I connect my MBP to the projector and play the video fullscreen, the mac automatically converts my screen resolution to 1280x800 and the pixel grid is far less visible, the image is sharper and the colours aren't burned out.
When I repeat the first process above, via resolume on my MBP I get the same burned out, blurred result.
I've tried this on multiple projectors of the same model so have ruled out an issue with the projectors, the constant that affects the image appears to be resolume.
Many thanks
Matt
Degraded image quality via resolume
Re: Degraded image quality via resolume
Could you attach some images which show what you see?
Thanks!
Thanks!
