Can you give us the firmware version of your cameras and if these is always working with latest release of Resolume Arena?

They're out on a tour. Firmware hasn't ever been updated and I believe i was the first or second person in America to buy those ndi models, so it's whatever the original firmware release was used. Resolume is always up to date on my machines so just use the latest build

Am using MINRRAY PTZ NDI camera and using other software to control PTZ via NDI.

I wish i could control cameras movement through Resolume Arena...

Yeah, we can't fix your camera FW.

Maybe add a VISCA output as secondary option?
Or VISCA Ptz FX?

Hello,

I just recieved the new PTZOPTICS Move 4k camera and it also cannot pan/tilt/zoom within Resolume. The focus slider and auto-focus button work though. I can also control the pan/tilt/zoom from the web interface without issue.

Hey Hi,

I have the minnray too with the same Problem. And i understand that there are two options to controll PTZ over NDI with relative and absolute values. As this seems to be a more common problem with different Cameras, i would like to bump the wish for at least an option to switch to that terrible relative controll values. I think to ask the Producer of the cams to change there firmware is most likly not happening.

I love Resolume and its team.
I love the bad programmed PTZ as well, or at least my Poket does.

i would pay for this feature!

PTZoptics broke their cameras firware, they are working on it atm. Give it a week or two
