The DotDot effect from juice bar doesn't work

Hello everyone

I'm new here, please let me know if there is anything wrong with my statement

I was bought 'DotDot' effect from juice bar, but I drag it to the content, nothing happened, it's totally black,
I couldn't find any guide...

Has anyone here used this plugin as well? my Arena version is 7.13.2

I have sent several emails to them, but no feedback... So I can only come here to ask, maybe there is something wrong with my operation?

Doesn't work for me either on my M1 mac, but works on windows and nvidia.
Are you on mac or windows?
