Adding a license to an account

Hello,
A company that I often work for bought a license through an official reseller, they e-mailed the license serial, but we can’t manage it through the account. I wonder if it’s possibile to associate the license to an account, that has to be created.

Sounds like the company who bought the license needs to contact us on mail@resolume.com, with their serial and invoice.
