Upgrading res5 to res7

I have a couple Resolume 5 licenses I'm not using. was wondering if upgrading from 5 to 7 it upgrades to current version 7.14.2 and activates the 12 month free updates?

With an upgrade to v7 from an older version, you get full 12 months of updates.
