34” curved widescreen monitor

I’m getting a new monitor and I’d like a 34” curved widescreen model to use with Resolume Avenue + allround use. Are there any problems with this and will it work well with Resolume? I’m not a VJ but I'm using Resolume for music videos and for running visuals along with the music in concerts.

I’m looking at these models:
AOC Gaming CU34G2X - 34 inch WQHD Curved Monitor
Samsung 34" Odyssey G5 C34G55T Curved

I think I’ll go for the AOC CU34G2X. I’ll probably be running Resolume windowed and not in full screen so the wide format shouldn’t matter.
I hope a gaming monitor will be fine with Resolume. If not please let me know.
