Resolume Arena mapping led strip WS2812 problem,plaese help

Hello,I'm new member,I have controller K16000s and led strip ws2812 144 led/m and i've conected 16 led strips with diferent sizes to the controler,so i need to controll each size through conected controler channel. When i go to Advanced section to do the mapping,i can't get other channels to work,just the first channel,for example,if I add Lumiverse 1 and coresponding fixture 170px add to Lumiverse 1,height 1,first meter of the strip lights properly,but if i need to "activate" second strip on channel two of the controler,nothing hapens,but if i conect 1m of led strip to strip conected on a first channel(so first channel have 2m led strip conected),it light up properly,but as I said,nothing on the channel 2 of the controler.
So,when I setup first Lumiverse 1 on the first channel of the controler,then creating Lumiverse , how I can "tell" the controler that signal should not go to the first channel,but the second,because he adds pixels to the first channel,not the second,as i want it?

If you changed the target universe and subnet in the Advanced Screen setup on the Lumiverse,

then check your pixel controller's manual on how to set that universe to be the input for your pixels.
