So I was planning to purchase a new MacBook Pro m2. Does it support Resolume Arena 5?
just asking because Arena 5 is 32-bit software or the company has updated it to 64-bit?

Resolume supports 64 bit since v6.
For M1 or M2, I'd recommend Version 7.
If you have a license, check your shop account for the upgrade options.
