Audio off by a second on entire recording

Well this is super frustrating love the software except this recording part. So I have spent the last month with the software figured everything out been recording some new clips and when they play back in resolume in any layer or column they play back great no issues. As soon as I try to play the files outside of resolume the audio I recorded with the visuals for the clip are off by a second. So I contacted resolume. They said they are working on some upgrades to recording feature. So I figured let me upload these newly recorded clips into Final Cut and I can move the audio there and get everything in sync and move on. However now it seems I can’t get the video file type to be accepted into Final Cut on my brand new Mac Studio. What am I missing here. I did get an older clip to import to Final Cut but I not sure what the recording or render settings were. I have now tried every combination of recording and render settings and I can’t get them to import. What am I missing this is beyond frustrating.

Any help or advice would be great.

Like use this setting to record at your highest quality and upload to Final Cut please someone help

Hi, in the preference panel, you have two different tabs for recording and render settings. If you would put that on ProRes, it should be able to import into Final Cut Pro. and there is also a option for motion jpg, is a older format which should definitely be read by FC. Hope this helps you.
