Isf Editing Bug?

Post by cat »

I've just tried to create a new ISF (with from clipboard and as new) and I get an error Could not create resource file at C:\Program Files\Resolume Wire\Documentation\Nodes\77697265-4576-4C11-899B-6F11F3275D36 - ISF\Resource\ISF\ff.isf

If I try and import from a folder on my d drive I get Failed creating the resource on disk (do you have permission?)

Also if you edit the one in the gui with the edit button, how do you save changes to the isf or save as?

(all this is from opening the help patch for isf)

Interestingly, opening a glsl file, worked, and then I could open the isf on my d drive too. I tried opening a lygia example, but it seem your implementation doesn't support includes. You might like to look at lygia, as it has a lot of functions, given there aren't that many isf shaders

Sounds like you try to add an ISF to an example file.
I'd recommend saving the example under a new name, then Wire should be able to write to the documents folder where the patch will be stored.
We'll see if we can improve the isf handling for the examples.
