clips do not start where I ask them to

my gear :
last version of resolume avenue (downloaded last week)
macbook air m1 2022

my problem :
when I start a scene or an individual clip, the clip shows its very first image for a short time and then starts where I ask him to.

It's prettyanoying to get those subliminal images

do I have to cut all the clip in another software first?
