replace clip while keeping the effects that are on it?

Hi, say i have a clip on which ive placed many effects that i tweaked and really put time into customizing, and now i wanna keep the same exact effects but put them on a different clip, i.e replace the clip while keeping all effects on it - is there a way?

or copying and pasting effects from clip to clip? maybe a way to assign the effects to the column instead of the clip to workaround?...

Copy effects, paste effects,
or simply drag the new file onto the video/audio track in the clip,
or drag the new file onto the clip slot.
