[RESOLVED] Resolume 7 Arena doesnt start (only partial splash screen)

We have a brand new setup with Win 10 LTSC 2019 and 2x NVidia RTX 4070 / 32Gb ram / i9 12900K. We have a v7 license. After installing Arena with Alley and Wire we noticed that Arena doesn't start. We only see the two bars of shadow of the splash screen. Nothing else happens. Alley and Wire start without any problem.
The log that I could find didn't show any problematic errors afaik.
I tried reinstalling the software without results.

What could be the cause of this?

Any reason you're using a windows build from 2018?
A windows update might help.

Hi, thank you for the reply and noticing we are using an old ISO.... I have reinstalled Win 10 LTSC but now version 21H2 and Resolume starts without any issues.
