Arena not seeing Denon DJ StageLinQ devices

Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem with Resolume Arena not seeing Denon DJ Prime 4+ via StageLinq.

My environment:

• Resolume 7.17.3 on Windows 11 Pro

• [Denon DJ Prime 4+ on Engine OS 3.2.1

TRIODE's "Now Playing" app running on the exact same machine immediately picks up the Prime 4+ and shows all available info transmitted via StageLinQ. Hence, I can rule out any network level issues.

Any ideas? Are there known issues with StageLinQ in the latest Resolume version?

Thanks for the super speedy response! I guess I've got to wait for Denon to fix the issue then. Any idea why Now Playing continues to work even with Engine OS 3.2.1?
