resolume arena, for many years it has been my favorite software and main work tool, many of the advances it has had have fascinated me but just as resolume has evolved, my knowledge and the demands of the shows have also evolved.
and now I feel that resolume has been left behind and that it is advancing very slowly compared to the demands of today's shows.
work with compositions larger than 12k px
optimization of computer resources
hardware solutions for advanced capture and compression
(I have had a lot of excessive delay when inserting several transform slices into a Blackmagic SDI source)

So they need to hurry up or what?
Always a good idea if you need something to be solid and reliable.
It will come one day.... till then you can try the timecode trigger, for example Ableton workaround if you need something now.
Best wishes

+100 (a boy can dream) Have a show in early December that needs 3 to 5 channel audio playback. Doesn't even need 5.1 decoding, I will have the 5 separate audio files (Just needs to be able to play and route the multiple audio files to a multichannel sound card just like we can play and route multiple video files to multichannel video cards
Ugh, the extra failure points of Qlab+timecoding across main Resolume rig and backup.
