Set "Timeline Mode" on Layer level?

Set "Timeline Mode" on Layer level?

Is there an option to set the Speed Mode to BPM on the Layer level so that all Clips added to that Layer will start in BPM and not in Timeline Mode?

Multiselect the clips, and the clip menu can be used to change the transport type.
