every time I try to upload a video (be it an mp4 or an mov or a file processed by alley) my resolume crashes. instantly and shows a EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) prompt... I've tried everything even re-installing...
is there someone here who can help me or even help me find some help.
