FOOTAGE Flies WHEN DRAGN TO THE COLUMN

WHEN I USE THE RESOLUME FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES IT WILL START AN ERROR WHEN I WANT TO PULL FOOTAGE FROM WINDOW EXPLORER TO DECK RESOLUME.. IS THIS THE CAUSE?? I AM USING RESOLUME 7.1.8.. PLEASE HELP ME
This makes me uncomfortable when using it.. Do I have to reinstall my Windows?? because previously I used the crack version and now I use the original version
