Arena and Wire not opening

I'm getting this recurring issue by which now and then, Wire and Resolume fail to open.
A restart fixes the problem but is extremely disruptive.

Right now I have Wire open but Resolume won't.

I'm on Windows 10

What does the Resolume log say when you try to launch it again?
it's in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Resolume Arena

Mmmm... I don't have:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Resolume Arena

Even in
C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive\AppData\ there is no: Local\Resolume Arena

Do you have hidden and system files visible in your file browser?

Do you see a Resolume Arena / Wire app in the Task manager when you can't launch it?
Try force quitting it there.
