Video router should route the intended layer always

Hi,

When I add a layer, the video router addresses a different layer.
Can it expressly route the intended layer with a video router regardless of changes in the layer order?
EG: Layer 1 contains a layer router for layer 9. If I add a layer between 4&5, the router addresses a different layer.

Make sense?

Has been requested a few times (myself included) It would be nice if the video router would lock to the layer UID and not 'by position'. Same with ASS layer to slice routing. <3
