Problems with audio looping

I have a composition in which I have a long .wav that I trimmed inside Resolume using the Transport brackets. The clip was set to "play once and clear" and it all worked as expected.
I then changed the setting to "play once and hold". Since doing that, the clip loops endlessly, even if I go back to the "play once and clear " setting.

To top things off, the playhead on the transport of the clip doesn't move while the clip is playing.

I had 5 instances of this wav with the brackets placed in different places and they are all behaving like this now.

Interesting, seems to work fine for me, could you upload a few screenshots of the clip settings?
