Hi everybody
Allen&Heath Xone:K2, with 4x4 switch matrix. Im using the matrix to launch clips on 4 layers, 4 clips each. How to set up midi, so that pushing a button (launching a clip) would also switch off the light of the previous button (the clip not playing anymore)?
What I’d want (and what I had) is: on each “layer” of buttons, only one is lit, ie. that of the clip currently playing. When pushing another button on that layer and launching another clip, that would light up the button and switch off the previous. Perfect: I can immediately see which clip is playing on each layer.
It used to be like that, I got it right with beginners luck. Then I had fix stuff, and now its broken: when pushing a button it stays lit forever. Launching clips works, but as all the lights stay on, I have no way of seeing/arranging stuff.
I have carefully copied all settings from the midi-commands that still work, but it won’t help. I have returned everything as it was, but it stays the same. What am I missing? Midi out is obviously working as lights do go on.
How do I fix this and which midi settings are relevant?
Hope you can help. This is extremely frustrating, especially as it used to work perfect.

Midi settings to switch off (previous) light?
Re: Midi settings to switch off (previous) light?
Problem solved. I'll reply myself if someone else has the same problem. Correct values are:
"Disconnected" and "0-Off"
