My client uses short throw projectors with a max resolution of 1280 x 800, the Arena composition is set to 1920x1080 and the content created is at 1080p. I don't mind changing the composition size to 720p along with the video files if that will make any difference but from what I can tell this doesn't looking promising.
The problem I have is there is moulding/trim frame on the wall that the projector light fills, and the throw of the projector displays outside the trim. The projection mapping is used to fit the video inside of the trim/frame as the lighting in the room hides the extra projector light that is padding around the frame.
This is a problem because the walls & frames are not perfectly square/flush and telling my client he needs to fix his walls isn't an option. Previously, Arkaos MediaMaster was used and there was no problem moving the vertices of the output to match the frame without producing jagged edges.
The jagged edges for Output slices in Resolume Arena look awful and I'm looking for suggestions on how to fix this preferably in Advanced Output if possible. Why isn't it possible to create a straight edge line from one vertex to another when the walls not perfectly level or plum? I'm talking about taking a rectangle output slice and skewing the vertices slightly to match the frame on the wall. Typically, this is only 4 vertices in most cases. I've never used any projection mapping software that produced jagged lines for very simple geometry.
Any feedback and suggestions are welcome, thank you.

Here is an example:

This issue happens for every side of the frame.

Adding feathering to my video file doesn't help the issue. Neither did the Feather Mask plugin from Juicebar.
What options are there inside of Advanced Output to soften those edges? From what I understand Soft Edges works for edge blending but I'm not overlaying 2 projectors to create one image.

Re: Jagged Lines with Output Slices
We'd need antialiasing for this in the advanced output.
Or a higher resolution projector.
