Looking for the correct value of my FPS

I need help, because ...

Resolume is telling me that my FPS is about 50.
Quartz Debug tells me that my FPS is 106.

Who is lying ?
Have a look on the screenshot.
Someone could help me please ?

set up :
Macbook pro 13" 2019
Fresh install of MacOS 10.15
eGPU Razer Core X chroma with an RADEON RX 580 XFX
Arena 7.13.2

Is quartzdebug measuring the screen refresh rate, or the Resolume render speed?
Which GPU is it measuring?

That's a very good question.
A I didn't find a menu where I could choose between cards, I was expecting that it measured the gpu's output ...

Do you know if quartz debug allowed us to choose and where the parameter is ?
