Warbley audio playback

Post by cat »

So I have a video of a band with audio, it was mp4, so I have converted it to dvx, with audio, both formats play it back warbley, like its time strecthed or over compressed (lip sync is also lost audio is slower than video). Alley plays it perfectly well, as does VLC. (mp4, dvx and wav) I have tried setting the audio sample rate to match the clip.
Next I have exported the audio as a wav and playback is the same, both attached to a video clip and just on its own. So what is going on here?
Transport is set to timeline.
There are no other settings that I can see, so what can I do?
Switching sample rate while playing, I cna here the track start off ok then loose quality, bass end and start wobbling, within a few seconds. Setting to 98k ( the audio is 48) gives the best results, but is still pretty poor, and again drifts.

Bluetooth headphones don't seem to be compatible with resolume then, I tried wired and everything was ok.
