Just checking if it's happend to me o it's a know issue.
Last night I was vjing in a venue where I am resident three times a week, the same project and the same composition I am usually work with, but the gpu usage was always around 90% with a lot dropping frame, well the counter said that the frames were 100fps but the output was very laggy, it was a simple ndi stream in hd, all the clips were of course dxv and playing from internal ssd.
First I thought it was some plug-ing (i've some from juice and the all from hybrid, plug some free frame from resolume site), so I've unchecked the box in preferences where to search them and put them on desktop, restarted but nothing changed, it was randomly happening from clip to clip (clips which always been ok and used 100 times)
I cannot switch user, so this morning I've started an empty composition with both user, the first one cpu is around 20, ram 28 and gpu is 80, while in the other ones the values are the same expect from gpu which is around 45.
Any idea which could be the issue?
ISSUE: it seems that the FFGL Data Glitch Audio Reactive ffgl plug-in for the genera xyz footage was causing the problem, put it away from the graphics folder now in a blank comp the gpu is around 40% and when i start playing clips is not spiking up anymore, i found out because when i've opened a blank comp the mac os indicator of the microphone it told me that Data Glitch Audio Reactive was using the microphone, so it seem like it was always active even when it's not applied to the comp)
