datapath X4

Hi Folks,
Not really a Resolume thing, but has anyone got any knowledge on a Datapath X4?
I picked one up from eBay, and it kind of works (all the lights are green and computer sees the second monitor with the right output size), but I can't figure out how to configure it - the Wall Designer software doesn't see it in the Devices tab, so I'm thinking I must be missing a USB driver or something...
Any help gratefully received.

If it is connected, you should see it in the status tap, under your device name. There you can see the current configuration. If that's not configured the way you want, you have to start at step one and go through all the set up steps. Then when you come to step 3 device, there you can sent your newly made set up to your datapath.
