Preset matrix function for Stageflow ect

Post by rayg006 »

Attached is a idea for a preset matrix for Stageflow which would make programming and recalling presets from a controller much more user friendly.

The idea could be extended or used for the whole tab of effects as well.

This is a nice idea, but you have to contact Joris from hybrid for this. Becouse he is the one that made that.

Unless something has changed that I don't know about, 3rd party devs are not allowed to make custom UI elements like this matrix design. We only have access to the standard parameter elements

What would this matrix do?

Control Your show with ”Enter” - multiple Resolume servers at once - SMPTE/MTC column launch

It would free up a look to be recalled for a clip without duplicating it or taking up more buttons on your controller, you can toggle presets that only remove one if you have five slices on and another preset to remove two more ect. you can scroll through 10 of these presets looks from one button on your midi controller for one layer/ clip.

It just makes the whole workflow much more flexible for complicated mapping shows, this Matrix can be used for loads of other effects too which would mean you don't have to duplicate effects and bypass/opacity=0 them.
