clip/layer triggers every time i open resolume

I have a composition that I've been using for many versions of resolume and have a curious issue. Every time I start resolume, a clip will start. The layer does not have trigger first clip on load enabled and it's not the first clip. I'm not sure how to stop this behaviour without creating a brand-new composition.
Thoughts?

I'd vote on some kind of external trigger, or a keyboard shortcut.
