Custom OSC Commands on Clips Firing when MIDI or OSC Shortcut View is opened or closed

Hello,

I have recently encountered an issue with all my custom OSC commands on my clips being triggered throughout my composition when I open the shortcut views for Osc or Midi (with the keyboard shortcut). I use Osc to shutter my projectors, which resulted in all the shutters being triggered during a show when I went to edit a midi assignment.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Using Windows 11 with Resolume Arena 7.21.3

If the OSC messages are bound to states, and those states update, they will get send out. But hard to say it in this case.
Can you attach your presets, and composition?
