Problems sending playhead position via MIDI

Hello, I am having a difficult problem sending MIDI data between Ableton and Resolume Arena 7.17. When I use envelopes to adjust the BPM Sync parameter in Resolume, MIDI does not reflect this change and just sends the entire loop.

Is there a way to send the exact playhead position via MIDI, instead of just sending a fixed value along the loop? Thanks.

I'm assuming you are sending from Resolume to Ableton.
Parameter timelines are the ones which are sent out, the envelopes modify that for the actual parameter values, within the parameter's range.
Final values can't be sent out currently.
