I transferred the data to a backup machine, but the DMX shortcuts are not reflected.
Is there a special way to do this?

Also, even when I release the DMX controller, some parameters revert to the default values ​​and some do not.

In many cases the position does not revert, and I end up touching it with the mouse, so if I touch the value with the mouse and then change the DMX value, it may add or subtract from there.

Is it not advisable to control it with DMX (art-net)?

I'm having trouble because the software I used before allowed me to control it faithfully.

Copying over the whole Documents/Resolume Arena folder is recommended. That will copy the shortcuts and advanced output presets also.
Then your composition should be able to load the DMX preset it was saved with.
DMX Preferences might need to be adjusted for the new network card.
