Ati - games
nvidia = video

getting that geforce 7800 GTX in a couple of weeks :cool:

are you serious? isn't it the other way round?
besides that propably the best cards for working with video might be matrox cards...?

with the alternative omega drivers for the ATI cards you can set the resolution to native PAL or NTSC ... does anyone know if that is also possible with nvidea? (we only have ati and matrox videocards here at the Resolume HQ so i can,t check)

you can change the output to 720*576 or 720*480. but there is no choise for the framerate. you can choose between 60 and 50 hertz, that might be simular to 25 or 30 frames a second.

has this weird last taurunumboys-post really killed the thread?
i would have loved to read more/ compare Nvidea and ATI drivers... not only because i will soon have to make a decission between those brands...!!
so if anyone has any more input about the original topic - forget about those taurumboys and keep on posting! ;)
