Best format to export from After Effects

Hi,

I would like to know which format you recommend I save out of After Effects to then use Streamclip to convert to a Quick Time movie using DXV for the best performance in Resolume.

Why not render directly to DXV??? You keep the AE project and if you need one day a diferent codec, you can render again the file...
