Resolume crashes all the time on call!

Maybe somebody can tell something about this:

When I start resolume 4.1.3 (4.1.2 as well) with or without any data, I can create an immidiate crash by klicking on one of the other decks than the first one. Whenever I click on one of them, nothing elsein the programm is klickable or selectable any more.
I cannot do anything else than closing the programm what causes the normal Windows massage " programm is not responding. trying to find a solution", This box disapperes after a couple of seconds and the main Window stays gray. Even the Task-Manager does not change this condition.
When I try to do something in windows in this condition, it seems that the mouse does not work the way it is supposed to do. It acts like it does when I keep the shift-key pressed. I am not able to select one single file in a list, even the double-click does not work.
In this condition is nothing else to do than reboot the whole system!

With one exeption!

When I start resolume a second time, It works absolute perfect without any problem. All decks, Artnet, everything! I can hold these condition for days without any different.
The first (crashed) instance stays halfopen, the second one works fine. When I close the second one, Windows behaeves the same way as written before.
When I restart a second instance of resolume by clicking once on the icon in the taskbar it works fine again.

It seems like the crashed instance keeps everything blocked what causes problems.

My system is Windows7 ultimate 64 bit version, all updates are installed, nothing else is running on the system. All drivers are installed the right way, graficcards work corrects.

I could say "okay, it runs like this, keep it this way, but It is not supposed this way I think.

I dont use windows anymore but this sounds strange. I dont think ive read this on the forums before.

You could always contact support with your log file. you are able to do this via preferences.

Does the problem still persist?

So when it does work the second time does it just work fine with a good frame rate etc? how long does it run for?

This issue was caused by a USB capture card, and resolved by not using that card anymore.
