video card question

hey. this might be a stupid question. i dont know too much about computers...my graphics card has 4 outputs on it. two dvi, an hdmi and (i think its called) a display port. i usually use two monitors plugged into the two dvi ports and my projector plugged into the hdmi. i'd like to use 4 projectors for a show. if i plug my monitors into the motherboard (dvi and vga) and plug the 4 projectors into the video card....will resolume render video with the graphics card or will it try to use the motherboard? thanks to anyone who can help.

Resolume will use the card that has the interface on it.
