SERIOUS PROBLEM - three Arena hosts synchronization

Hi there,
I'm in the messy situation, sorry for my bad english, but please help.

I need to synchronize three Arenas on three computers, to play 9 different videos (with audio track) with same lenght - cca. 15 minutes.
Many people assured me that is no problem with OSC controls. But there are several bugs, as its reported here in forum, that makes this solution unusable. Thats really bad, I need to solve it in a few hours.
I set the fix bpm on all clips/Arenas, but when I try to start playback manually, at the end is the difference between videos about 15 seconds. It is not acceptable in this case.

So, can you recomend me any other way of synchronization? Please help.

for info, i try to synchronize via OSC control "track1/connect 1".
Problem is, it starts playback only on "master" (osc out) correctly, but "osc in" hosts play only black screen instead of video and the playback of audio isn't smooth.

As mentioned in other threads about this, OSC output has to be considered broken for this type of use.

One workaround is to create a simple OSC control application that only sends the relevant commands to the three computers.
