A while ago I wanted to use TouchOSC with my android tabled and windows laptop, at that moment there was only a very limited version of TouchOSC for android and it took me way to long to figure it all out.
So I wrote down how to set up TouchOSC for android and Windows, things are probably improved since then but figured that if there was a tiny chance somebody could profit from my misery it would be worth sharing:
