I've been a VJ / artist / musician for a long while, but am fairly new to Resolume.
I know how to use the audio input for audio rectivity ( works very well )
Last night I got the idea to record my hardware synth jam in Resolume... I was just using my Macbook built in camera and my audio interface ( Roland Octa Capture ), but I noticed that the clip recorded was silent, and I could not find an obvious way to change this in the preferences.
What am I missing here, anyone?
Recording Audio Input to Clips?
Re: Recording Audio Input to Clips?
Just upgraded! ; - ) The new "clip rendering" is what I was most impressed with
I'd still wish to be able to record external audio input, I'm often doing A/V things. Have things changed in that area?
Also, for the "Record" output, it'd be cool to have it locked to musical bars

To get you up and running right now, Try running OBS with your audio going in, then download the Spout plugin for OBS and use Spout to get your composition out from Resolume to OBS.
