What btw should I use as a vj in Netherlands on my invoices for live performances? I'm confused between 21% et 6%. I hear 2 different bell sounds on this, can you help?

Traditionally, arts performances in the Netherlands are charged with 6% tax. However, at some point in the 2000s, the government decided that big house parties and club events were not art but commercial events, and thus DJs, light operators and also VJs have to charge 21%.
So in general you charge 21%. Unless you did a job for a registered art institute, in which case they usually inform you of this.
