I would head over to touch designer for something like this personally. But you could recreate all of this with a butt load of layers and OSC. You would need the artist to setup a pretty complex setup.

Thats all just MIDI notes represented my some kind of 3D comp. No way to do this with just an audio feed.
If all your ableton tracks are VSTs being triggered by MIDI, you'd have to split and send that same MIDI to something like TouchDesigner, and create a bunch of objects that respond to the note/velocity/pitchbend data. Bjork did an album/app Biophilia a while ago that used similar tech...

Personally I would do that in TouchDesigner too, getting all the right frequencies or midi notes and add them on a 3D scene with triggering the specific elements in position and length.
