I played around with que points which are really great. Would it be possible to add markers on the timeline where the cue points are, so we could see them visually. Maybe something with a triangle with the letter inside on the timeline.

Yes, this has come up before. We like the idea and have a ticket for it, but it's in the dreaded 'feature bucket' :|

Like you said, there's other more important things to work on but the ability to adjust said cue points would be pretty cool :)

drag the cue marker left and right to adjust position,
drag it up an down to zoom in to the waveform to adjust precise, and meanwhile show the actual video frame in the preview.
