Effects don't create new columns at end of deck

Effects don't create new columns at end of deck

When adding a source or a clip to the end of a deck a new column is automatically added to the deck ready to accept another. When effects are dragged to the end of the deck and dropped, no new column is added.

Arena 4.1.11, Windows 7
