Parameters Jump and Pause

I've always wanted the ability to have a parameter jump to a new value when the beat hits. Basically it would look like random but in a linear fashion. The size of the jump could have a multiplier, audio threshold and a random option. The threshold should be able to be set to zero so it could be used without audio.

We've been toying with the idea of having 'behaviours' for parameters. This would be an excellent example of one such behaviour.

It may be overkill but the ability to create. save and export new behaviors would be a cool idea.
