record problem

I've try this in both vrs. 1.51 and 2.0 final
press record and all I get is a black screen

I've tryed to open the video file in a video editor, I get nothing.

did you check wether your harddisk is full?

yep...40g. !that should be enough! no?
I'm close to get crazzy with this :S
I've tryed to change every configuration possible, color 16 or 32
limit frames... nothing. I get avi files with mg of data, but no video
just a black screen...
but seams that I'm the only one having this problem, so guess that something wrong
with my machine....no?
